You will need your email address and unique 6-digit code to access your own secure referrals portal for your geographic area. Once you have logged in you will be able to access and see all current referrals into the system, either by parents or professionals.
You will be able to access each record and add in any notes, engagement or changes to address, contact numbers etc. from within your own referral portal.
