Your Spring North
Impact Team

Our team brings extensive experience across health, mental health, volunteering, and community-led approaches.
We work across systems and sectors to lead programmes that create real opportunities for people and communities supporting local partners and members, improving coordination, and shaping solutions that respond to need.

We understand the challenges facing communities because we’ve worked alongside them in frontline roles, in partnership settings, and within the VCSE sector.
