The Children’s Emotional Health & Wellbeing Partnership+ is Lancashire’s commissioned early emotional health and wellbeing service, led by Spring North in partnership with eight highly experienced voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) agencies.

Together, the partnership provides high-quality, evidence-informed therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4–19 years (up to 25 years for young people with SEND) and their families who are experiencing low to moderate emotional health and wellbeing needs at Levels 2, 3 and 4 of the Lancashire Continuum of Need. Children and young people must either reside in Lancashire or attend a Lancashire school.

Access to the service is through a referral to the Children & Family Wellbeing Service (CFW).

Our partnership is committed to improving emotional health and wellbeing through timely, preventative and early intervention, helping children, young people and families build resilience and develop the skills and confidence to manage emotional challenges before they escalate.
