This impactful, informative, and interactive training for adults focuses on the process of grooming, different forms of exploitation, signs of abuse, vulnerabilities of children and young people, contextual safeguarding, sexual offences, barriers to disclosures, appropriate language, victim blaming, the impact of trauma, effective reporting, and understanding “reachable” and “critical” moments in a child or young person’s life.
