Family Autism Service
Family Autism Support (FAS) is a local service led by Spring North, supporting families across East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen. Funded by the NHS, it provides early, practical and emotional support for autistic children and young people, their parents, carers and siblings.

Blackburn with Darwen Cancer Champions
The Blackburn with Darwen Cancer Champions project is a three-year initiative designed to transform how South Asian communities in the borough engage with cancer awareness, diagnosis, and care.

Empowerment Charity – CMHT
We are proud to support Empowerment, a charity with multiple health projects across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, supported by an employed team of individuals with lived experience of multiple disadvantage

Church on the Street – CMHT
Through the CMHT Grant Fund, we are proud to support Church on the Street, a Christian organisation and registered Charity designed to support the most vulnerable members of the community.

Stable Lives – CMHT
Through the CMHT Grant Fund, we are proud to support Stable Lives, a distinguished charity that has made significant strides in mental health support across Lancashire for over a decade.

Covid and Flu Awareness Champions
This initiative is designed with the specific objective of increasing vaccination uptake, particularly first-time vaccinations, among key at-risk groups across Lancashire and South Cumbria. These include individuals suffering from asthma, diabetes, respiratory viral infections (RVI), heart issues, and obesity.

Multiply Programme
Multiply is an ambitious numeracy program across Blackburn with Darwen. The mission is to empower individuals of all ages by enhancing their functional numeracy skills.

Bridge to Home
The service partnership collaborates with individuals who occupy a bed in one of the mental health care team wards across the North West. The primary goal is to facilitate their access to housing upon safe discharge. The case management support provided by the partnership includes several components.

Diabetes Care and Connect Champions
67 committed champions deliver nationally approved messaging in relation to Type 2 diabetes in their communities and networks across Pennine and Central Lancashire. They predominantly target families and young people who are at a higher risk of developing, have a pre-diabetes diagnosis or a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes.
